I love the look of Steamline Luggage but not the price, so a while back, I searched around for similar but cheaper options with the best look-for-the-price value being these fun pieces listed on Amazon. Reviews were good, style was right, so I ordered the trolly in what looked like would be the best carry-on size for me, medium. After about two years of ownership, I love the trolly bag so much, I just ordered the matching box case. This may not be an airport travel set (haven’t tried them together yet, as I usually enjoy having a large smooshy bag as my personal item for ideal under-seat stuffing), but I can’t wait to use them together as chic road trip weekender luggage.
These are the “navy” colorway, and they come in several others including a chic white and colorful pink. Pieces ship from Japan, but arrive in record time (only about 3 days for me). It’s sturdy enough for light travel and carry-on status, but I wouldn’t buy the bigger sizes expecting to check them. I don’t see them holding up well under that rough handling.
The Carry-On
This is the size “medium” in navy. It features TSA approved locks (the key comes attached inside when it arrives), a top pocket, a zippered divider with hooks, 360-degree spinner wheels, and a retractable handle. Vintage style details include vintage look handles, two-tone colorway, metal rivets, and working strap and buckle closure.

The Box Case
This is the size “medium” which I chose because the product images showed it as being able to carry a standard size magazine. As with the carry-on trolly, it features a TSA approved lock and a top pocket. It also comes with two straps, one to attach to the side hooks so you can carry it on your shoulder, and one to attach it to the retractable handle of the carry-on.

The Set
For size reference, I am 4’11” tall.
As you can see, this set is small, perfect for a short trip or to chicly roll through the airport as your sturdy checked luggage does most the work for longer vacations. What it lacks in size, it more than makes up for in style. The colors and sizes get restocked fairly often, so check back if your preferred colorway is sold out.
