Structure is the word that comes to mind as I look at these photos. From the slightly padded shoulder to the sharp lapel and down to the perfectly placed side-tie, this wrap blazer looks so crisply structured yet somehow fluid at the same time. I’ve gotta say, this blazer is done well. It looks like something Stella McCartney would send down the runway, is cut really well, and made of a soft lightweight stretch wool (95%wool/5%spandex).
I love this piece, but have to admit I found it a little hard to style. If you wear suits to work, it would look sleek with the matching pant, but all my usual tricks made it look a little too late 80’s early 90’s for my taste (I kept wanting to wear it with white pumps which can go 80’s on ya real fast). But then I went grungy and it all came together. Destroyed light-wash denim, suede ankle booties, studded wrap bracelet, bingo! When something feels a little too formal, grunge it down to your level.
For cooler weather, I’m betting it would look great with a stripe cowl neck, and I want to try it again with strappy sandals and gold brooches to break up all the navy.
I’m wearing size 00 petite, and my measurements for reference can be found here.

Bracelet has been stretched slightly (meant to be a triple wrap but I got it to quadruple wrap. You can use leather stretching spray for this!)
