I’d file this bucket bag under, “unexpected loves.” I remember bucket bags from the 90’s and never cared for them. Now they’ve come back in fashion again (as things do), and just as the first time around, I’ve felt disinterested. Then one night, while scrolling through Shopbop, this bag stopped me in my tracks.
“But, it’s a bucket bag…I don’t like bucket bags. Well, I’ll just order it and take a peak at it, maybe I won’t like it.” – is a lie I often tell myself.
Well, obviously I did like it because here she is! I love the colors! The elegant mix of black, white and tan is an easy way to add pattern and texture to an outfit of solid colors, especially fall/winter neutrals. The calfhair texture is a great addition to an outfit, and the “mini” size is perfect for my proportions. I also appreciate the many strap options which allow it be carried by the handle (detachable), over the shoulder, or cross-body. And the black leather bits at the sides, bottom, and drawstring are so incredibly soft, soft, soft. Overall a very nice quality bag at this price-point.
It also comes in a nice traditional leopard print, and a myriad of solid colored leathers.

Cute bag!
LOVE the bag! So cute and the outfit is fabulous :) x
This is the first time i see leopard print on a bucket bag and it looks so lovely! Beautiful piece that will go perfectly with a classic outfit!
I remember bucket bags! I thought it was so cool toting into school and it’s been a trend I’ve been weary of trying again. But I’ve secretly wanted to for a while. It’s just been hard to find one that’s proportional and be able to fit all the stuff I would need in a day. That’s brave for buying it sight unseen! Some of my treasures (amidst a lot of regrets) were bought that way!
